Don’t do it !!!
I am only giving one star because I can't give none . Customer service is appalling . £ 4.95 delivery to start with . Only part of my order arrived and I have to send it back to the specific store it came from and pay for postage . Blouse is very cheap material - not nice at all .When and if the other 2 items arrive I will have to pay for those to be returned separately to the warehouse - what a rip off !

Order never arrived..
I ordered a pair of shoes 8 December in time for Christmas, the stated delivery was 2 business days. They hadn’t arrived by 17th, I couldn’t get through to customer services on the phone so emailed, a reply promised within 2 days. No reply was forthcoming, I emailed again.
I tried ringing again several times (I heard children shouting and then was cut off at one point). Eventually I spoke to a nice woman called Emma, who investigated the no show of the shoes, said they had got lost in transit and organised an express delivery from an Aspiga store which would take 2 days max. Meanwhile a customer service emailed me, said the shoes weren’t available in my size (even though they showed up as available online) and refunded my money. I went back to her and told her to cancel the refund, Emma was sorting it. No shoes were delivered, the money went back into my account and I haven’t heard a word since. I had a discount code for those shoes which I don’t know if I can still use. I still want the shoes but am so unhappy about the “service”, I’m loath to spend the money with Aspiga.
Lucy, the owner, sends a lovely email about supporting small businesses whenever you order something from them, I’m sure she wouldn’t be happy about the lack of support from within the company.

How I wish I had read the reviews
How I wish I had read the reviews, before ordering from this disgraceful company. I ordered a dress on 1st January, paying for DPD delivery 2-4 days. After the initial order confirmation, I heard nothing, yet the payment was taken immediately from my card. Calling got me nowhere - answer phone all the time. Three emails later, explaining that the dress was needed for a holiday, I eventually was told it had been dispatched - but no tracking. It eventually arrived after the holiday deadline, so needs to be returned. So basically I have spent precious time, getting no customer service, and am expected to pay for the return of the dress at my own expense. Unbelievable! I am slightly concerned that I will not see a refund in the near future?

Good
Apologies for my previous post which I've deleted My goods arrived promptly via tracked royal mail. Their returns and refund policy was clearly stated. Mine fitted though their Medium is larger than a large size I bought last Xmas. Hopefully they don't consider 'trying on' as used!
Maybe with the raft of one star reviews that ended in June they have improved their attitude. Cust service replied within 24 hours and included the tracking info.
Needs better attention to detail
Such a shame as I love the designs (and have a number of your dresses), but the quality is becoming really poor for the price. I had a blouse arrive yesterday which cost over £100 which was so creased I had to iron it to get any sense on what it would look like. It also smelt terrible.

Brilliant service and a beautiful dress
Brilliant service and a beautiful dress
I have logged on to write this and honestly can't believe some of the older reviews as they are the polar opposite of my experience with Aspiga. I managed to get myself into a pickle with a return but the team at Aspiga have been so helpful and prompt to help me rectify the situation. I only had to return something as it didn't suit me as much as another dress from Aspiga that I kept (the Victoria) and I love it. I wore it to a wedding last week and I think it is the most complements I've had on a dress. So comfortable but still very smart - perfect for chilly UK Autumn days. Thanks again Aspiga, I will be back!

Don't trust this company
Don't trust this company. They don't answer the phone or respond to emails. They send out faulty items and you have no choice but to pay to return them. No acknowledgement of returned items nor refunds. I have raised a dispute with Pay Pal for nearly £400. Very worrying.
I've received a refund for over £200 but they have not refunded the remaining £215. I have escalated my complaint with PayPal.

Horrendous Customer Service
Horrendous Customer Service! I placed an order back in June for 2 items. Invoice stated 1 item was out of stock. Assumed Money would be refunded, but found out they have taken payment. Finally got through to them several days ago to be told item now dispatched (although no tracking details as had been sent 2nd class!! A month and 1/2 after taking payment!) needless to say it hasn’t arrived and despite numerous attempts at calling them and leaving voicemail I have had no response. As previous reviewer said I don’t believe they answer their phones. Will avoid like the plague in future
Paid Next day delivery - still not arrived!
Ordered a dress and paid £9.99 for next day delivery - 4 days later the delivery has still not arrived - this is the second time this has happened. I have rung and emailed aspigia but had to reply - not sure anyone picks a telephone up! Dreadful customer service - Would not be so bad if the clothes were not so expensive .
My first and last purchase form Aspiga
All the hype about sustainability etc is fine, but the products just do not live up to this hype. My dress cost over £100 inc postage, yet I can buy better for less, from other suppliers whose credentials are just as ethical. I returned this dress, as it just wasn't what I hoped for and as yet I have heard nothing regarding my refund. Yet, they are very good at bombarding me with emails about how wonderful they are! All very insulting really when you pay for postage for delivery and returns. I will NEVER shop here again.

Disappointing!
Disappointing. I was initially impressed by the ethical credentials of this company but was very disappointed by their poor customer service in failing completely to respond and in the expectation that customers pay for delivery and returns. The sizing of the items I ordered was inaccurate. I won’t be ordering anything from them in future .

Poor Customer Care.....
I purchased a dress from Aspiga, the first week in June which duly arrived a few days later, but unfortunately one of the sleeves had not been sewn properly. I promptly returned the dress at my own expense and at the same time emailed Lucy, the founder and the customer service department with pictures of the sleeve and a copy of the postage receipt. They apologised and said it was not up to their usual standard and that they would forward my postage receipt to the accounts department for a refund...I am still waiting!...I won't be holding my breath!
Avoid this company!
I paid £110 for a dress on June 27th through PayPal. I have not even received an acknowledgement of the order from Aspiga, and there has been no response to my email either. I wish I had checked the reviews before giving this company money. They make a big thing about being ethical, but so far I am out of pocket and there is no sign of my dress. I advise people to stay away from this company.

Odd sizing and no free returns
First time ordering with from Aspiga. I usually take a size M but ordered a beautiful dress in a size L as it looked quite fitted at the waist. I was horrified to find it too tight everywhere.
And to add insult to injury, returns aren’t free.

Terrible customer service
I bought Luna dress (not cheap for what it is). I wore it twice and washed as per instructions and the strap has frayed badly at the front near the bodice where two pieces of material have joined. I ask if they will replace and send photos and offer to return. They say I cannot. What I should do apparently is take 10% discount to buy it again or take it to the tailors (who I have told them have already said no) …so the offer is wear it frayed or buy it again with 10% discount? Is this a joke response? Sadly not ?
